| In all of my years maintaining aquariums I have tried many products
on the market. Sadly most of the products I tried did not work;
this is not the case with Seachem. Their products have been meticulously
researched and tested before they release them to the public.
They also have the finest line of testing equipment I have ever
seen in the hobby. I found this out when I attended their inaugural
platinum training program in April 2007. The staff at Seachem
is second to none. I observed a group of individuals with one
goal in mind. That goal was to provide the aquarium hobbyist with the
best possible products available. They exceeded my expectations when I
arrived at their facility and made a life long impression upon me on how

| I visit a few fish forums now, and every time someone on one of them mentions a problem they have that a Seachem product would fix, I recommend Seachem and tell them that your company is the best in the industry, no holds barred. If I remember correctly, I recomended Seachem products at least 3 times this week, and over 10 in the last month. Thanks for the great products....products that do exactly what they are designed, and promoted to do. |

I recently had an iodide overdose scare , my additives bottles got mixed up and I triple dosed ! In my panic I called everyone I could think of and they all told me to do a 50% water change and hope for the best. Just before I started the massive change on my 100 gal reef I called and talked to Greg and he was terrific , he got me calmed down and explained how Seachem iodide worked and that I had no reason to panic as it was the first time I had used the additive and by doing a 50% water change I would cause more harm than the iodide would .It is nice to know that the products I am going to use from now on has people that are reefkeepers that know the hobby and their products. Seachem is NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK |

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know that I am very thankful for the help I have received from you people down there. I just started a reef aquarium about 3 months ago, and I was having a problem with my calcium levels. Come to find out that my alkalinity was too high, but the only way I found this out was by talking to you. I was using Bio Calcium from Tropic Marin which isn't as good as they say. Once I started using your Reef Complete™, in 2 days, my level was up to 375 which I am happy with. Before when I was using the Bio Calcium, my level would not go above 290, and I had used about 5 pounds of the junk. Well right now I am in the process of switching over to Seachem from top to bottom. Seachem is NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK |

| Greg, let me say that I really appreciate your helpfulness and that you really did do everything you could to satisfy a customer. I have used Seachem products since 1992 and your products always do what you say they will. Not every business goes out of their way to satisfy customers, but it is apparent to me that Seachem really believes in its products and likes to ensure that the customer believes in them also and is satisfied. I am certainly a satisfied customer of Seachem. |

| We recently attended the Platinum Certification Training Program and it is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It’s a one of kind program. You have the most stable foundation for educating the stores. People sell what they know and when we left your facility we felt empowered. We were impressed with the amount of detail and how it was presented. I have told my customers about the knowledgable staff and how grounded everyone is. I’m already using what I learned to conduct mini courses for our staff and to sell products. |

You have opened my eyes to the chemical truth with well written articles and have dispelled misconceptions about the additives we aquarists have used and trusted.
