Opened in 1989, the store is owned by Christian Gauthier and is located in Trois-Rivières, Québec. The parent store, Club Wouf-Miaou, is a full-line pet store. Due to the success and notoriety that the aquatic section of the store has gained, management decided to separate the aquatics from the rest of the store and more appropriately name it, Centre Aquatique WM.
