I visit a few fish forums now, and every time someone on one of them mentions a problem they have that a Seachem product would fix, I recommend Seachem and tell them that your company is the best in the industry, no holds barred. If I remember correctly, I recomended Seachem products at least 3 times this week, and over 10 in the last month. Thanks for the great products....products that do exactly what they are designed, and promoted to do.

Greg, let me say that I really appreciate your helpfulness and that you really did do everything you could to satisfy a customer. I have used Seachem products since 1992 and your products always do what you say they will. Not every business goes out of their way to satisfy customers, but it is apparent to me that Seachem really believes in its products and likes to ensure that the customer believes in them also and is satisfied. I recently had an iodide overdose scare , my additives bottles got mixed up and I triple dosed ! In my panic I called everyone I could think of and they all told me to do a 50% water change and hope for the best. Just before I started the massive change on my 100 gal reef I called and talked to Greg and he was terrific , he got me calmed down and explained how Seachem iodide worked and that I had no reason to panic as it was the first time I had used the additive and by doing a 50% water change I would cause more harm than the iodide would .It is nice to know that the products I am going to use from now on has people that are reefkeepers that know the hobby and their products.

Last September I was searching the internet for a cheap method of adding carbon-dioxide to my aquarium, and I found your web-site and a description of Flourish Excel™. It was exactly what I needed! I asked my local aquarium store to order some of it for me. I was amazed at the results I saw within three weeks. I then ordered Flourish™, Flourish Iron™, and Flourish Potassium™ through Pet Warehouse. My plants showed a great improvement, but they still had brown and yellow spots on them. I then tried Flourish Trace™ and a small amount of Epsom salts (for extra magnesium). My plants showed a dramatic improvement. The java fern no longer turned black and spotty. The Amazon sword plants in my other tank doubled their number of leaves. But the most amazing thing was that plants I was unable to even keep alive before such as cabomba and red ludwigia are now "Flourishing!"

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know that I am very thankful for the help I have received from you people down there. I just started a reef aquarium about 3 months ago, and I was having a problem with my calcium levels. Come to find out that my alkalinity was too high, but the only way I found this out was by talking to you. I was using Bio Calcium from Tropic Marin which isn't as good as they say. Once I started using your Reef Complete™, in 2 days, my level was up to 375 which I am happy with. Before when I was using the Bio Calcium, my level would not go above 290, and I had used about 5 pounds of the junk. Well right now I am in the process of switching over to Seachem from top to bottom.

I have been maintaining a 75 gallon fresh water tank for 5 years and have used your products: Discus Buffer™ and Neutral Regulator™ but had not discovered the full range and solid scientific basis of your product line until recently when I just stumbled upon Prime™. I then did a net search and discovered your web site and all the solid information there! Thank you for spending the time to develop the site and putting it out where I could find it.
I am in the process of purging my store of aquarium supplies and restocking my supply cabinet with the full line of Seachem products. After reading your "Sea-Gram"s and actually gaining a rudimentary understanding of water chemistry for the first time I wanted to write and thank you for helping to educate me.
It is difficult to believe the low level of information provided by local aquarium shops who consistently recommend products not because of their high quality and scientific value but because of the bottom line.
I also recently discovered the aquarium program "Aquarix 2.11e and have loaded it on my laptop and now thanks to this software I'm able to track trends in my tanks more accurately and regularly.
I have been using "Chemi-Pure" for one cycle and plan to next switch to your Purigen™ next. And thanks to your "Sea-Gram" will now switch to your line of test kits. The ones I have been using have been giving doubtful results for some time! I just wish that your Ammonia Alert™ and pH Alert worked at the pH I maintain in my discus tanks.
Few companies take the time to provide customers with the background information that we need for a better understanding of the basic principals of water chemistry and maintaining healthy stock in our tanks.

I just wanted to tell you how great your Acid Buffer is. I have been trying to lower the pH of my water for about 2 months now but it kept going back up. Out of the tap my water is has a pH of 7.6-7.8 and is very hard. Your product was the only one that would lower the pH of my water and maintain a constant level.
