Liquid Malawi/Victoria Buffer

Liquid Malawi/Victoria Buffer™ is a blend of carbonate salts designed to enhance the natural environment of cichlids by increasing hardness, buffer capacity, and pH. It is formulated to maintain a pH of 7.8–8.4. For optimum replication of the Malawi/Victoria environment, use with Cichlid Lake Salt™ (liquid or dry version).

Sizes: 250 mL, 500 mL, 2 L, 4 L, 20 L

DIRECTIONS: Use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 40 L (10 gallons) until desired pH is attained. Thereafter, use as required to maintain pH. (Note: The 2 & 4 L container’s cap is 10 mL). HINTS: Check pH after each dose to be sure you do not exceed your desired pH. If pH is exceeded, you can use Acid Buffer™ to lower pH. Works best when used in aquaria employing Seachem’s Cichlid Lake Salt™ (liquid or dry version). Final pH depends on the amount of Liquid Malawi/Victoria Buffer™ used.

Liquid Cichlid Lake Salt™ is a chemically sound blend of salts designed to replicate the natural environment of cichlids. It contains all physiologically essential elements such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, and potassium.
