Reef Iodide & Marine Buffer

I was wondering if it is safe to dose both Reef Iodide and Marine Buffer in the same R/O water I use for top off? I currently top off with R/O laced with Marine Buffer but am concerned it might have some ill effects if I include Reef Iodide. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Reef Iodide will be fine if mixed with either buffers or calcium supplements. Do not mix a calcium, strontium or magnesium supplement with an alkalinity supplement.

So Reef Advantage Calcium mixed with Marine Buffer would be a no-no in fresh top off water?

Exactly. Anywhere that you will end up with a heavy concentration of calcium and alkalinity is a bad idea. I even go so far as to have separate containers that I mix my powdered supplements in. This is because the residue that is left will sometimes cause problems, even when rinsed well.
