Ok well today I spilt some Cholorinated water into my Prime Bottle, will that kill Prime since it automatically fights the Chlorine? Aka is that bottle still good for us even though chroline has already hit all of the prime in that bottle?

The effectiveness of the diluted Prime depends on how dilute you made it. If it is a small amount of water adding to the Prime, than it should be fine.
