What might be the current levels of Bromide in your reef Calcium products?
Thanks

There is no bromide in the calcium supplements. Is there some other supplement you are inquiring about?

I have noticed that several calcium producers in North American have increased the level of bromide in their calcium products significantly.
"Dow Chemical" to name one.
I was wondering what Seachems' position is on elevated Bromide levels in reef tanks.
There seems to be some disagreement on whether its something hobbyists need to be concerned with.

Thanks for the quick response.
Its good to know that your product contains "no" Bromide.

Additives and things to be concerned with come and go. I would look more into facts and science based information. That will definitely save you the trouble of having to take anyone else's word. Be sure to get true unbiased FACT based science. There is some bromide in Reef Plus. Bromide does have some function and is found in natural sea water, but it is more than likely not needed in excess.

Do you know what that level might be?(Bromide in the Advantage Calcium)
Also your Raises Carbonate Alkalinity product contains calcium as well. Does this product contain Bromide also?
Thanks

Neither contain bromide. Reef Advantage Calcium is ionic calcium. The alkalinity product are blends of carbonates.
