Nourish: How to use

Hello,
Interested in using Nourish for my Peacocks and Hap tank and am interested in how to effectively administer (dosage & frequency) the product.
65 gal tank
10 fish (4.5 - 5 inches)

Nourish is meant to be used as a food soak. You can just soak your daily feedings in the Nourish and feed it to the fish.
