Prime removes chlorine and chloramine and temporarily binds ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. It also removes heavy metals. When waste levels are high in a aquarium you can bind them up for about 24 hours by the addition of prime. You can dose daily well levels are high to prevent stress on your fish.
Stability is a biological product that brakes down ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and organic sludge. This can be used for cycling a new tank, maintaining and existing tank, or any time there is waste to be broken down.
These products work great together. Prime binds the waste so it does not harm your fish well the Stability works to quickly break down the waste.
