Not good with math

2+2 = 6.3698

Since it's obvious that I suck at math, is it possible for someone to convert the planted tank dosing chart specifically for a 29 gallon tank? I have a syringe marked in ml so I would prefer those measurements over "1/27 of a capful." My brain would really appreciate it. ;-)
