flourish Iron light sensitive?

hi,
does exposure to light react with flourish iron?
i pre-mixed some flourish iron with r/o water in order to accommodate dosing very small tanks. i put the solution into a clear plastic bottle. the solution looked yellow, but after 3 or so days the solution looks now clear. does that diminish the potency of the iron?

thanks,
t.

Re: flourish Iron light sensitive?

Typically light should not completely break down Flourish Iron. The mixture you have in RO water should still contain available iron for use.
