My Excel is frozen

Apparently my excel arrived last night and unfortunately froze overnight. They are about 60% solid this morning.

Is the excel ruined? Or will it be ok once it thaws out?

Normaly I don't have this sort of issue (packages are dropped off in a protected door entryway) but as you know its been very cold out lately.

Re: My Excel is frozen

This often happens during shipping, and the Excel will be just fine to use after allowed to thaw out to room temperature. The product will not be degraded in any way.
