Equilibrium hard as a Rock

Equilibrium has a tendency to turn into a rock inside it's container. What is the best way to either prevent this or remove it from the plastic canister without having to break out a screw driver and hammer?

Thank you,
Jay

Re: Equilibrium hard as a Rock

Thanks for the question! Sorry to hear about your Equilibrium! The best way to prevent this from happening is to keep it stored in a cool dry place, away from humidity and moisture. This happens as a result of the chemical makeup of the product and it has no impact on its effectiveness. When this happens here at the office, I just use something long and pointed to break it up and get it out of the bottle. I hope this was helpful and please let us know if we can be of any further assistance!
