Purigen recharge and storage.

I have several bags of Purigen for swapping out in filters as needed.

What is the recommended procedure for storage of the bags not being used? recharge then store? Store and then recharge before use? Store wet or dry? Store in Ziplock bag (airtight) or something with some air flow?

Thank you.

Re: Purigen recharge and storage.

Good question. We recommend regenerating the Purigen before you store it. We also recommend storing the Purigen wet; putting it in a Ziplock bag with some water is best. This will prevent the beads of the resin from drying out. Hope this helps :-)
