cycling new tank with prawns

hi i'm a newbie here so please bear me.
i just got a new 3 feet tank for african cichlids in the future.

currently i'm cycling my tank with 3 market prawns. and it's the 3rd day of the cycling process. tested for ammonia and it reads between 2 to 4ppm. pH value is 8.
so i'm unsure when is the right time to use STABILITY as i don't really understand what the instruction says. i'm not sure whether to add Stability before or after the cycling process. please help!

Sorry for the delayed reply. The instructions are as follows:

Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 40 L (10 gallons*) on the first day with a new aquarium. Then use 1 capful for each 80 L (20 gallons*) daily for 7 days. Fish and other aquatic species may be introduced at any time as long as dosage is maintained for 7 days.

So, simply dose the aquairum for at least 7 days or as required to establish your biological filtration.
