Purigen and Flourish, Excel, Iron and CO2?

What would be the general effect of using Purigen in a CO2 injected planted tank that is dosed with Flourish, Flourish Excel and Flourish Iron? Will Purigen remove any of these additives?

Re: Purigen and Flourish, Excel, Iron and CO2?

Purigen will only have a minimal impact on these supplements at best as it tends to concentrate on nitrogenous waste in the aquarium. Because of this, it is often preferred over carbon.
